It is a privilege to lead the students, educators, and families of Trio World School (TWS) in the capacity of Principal. As one of the top-tier ICSE schools in Bangalore, TWS has earned a reputation for academic excellence and holistic development, and I am honoured to contribute to its continued growth and success.

I have always believed that our core values of Leadership, Empathy, Discipline, Academic Excellence, and Service are essential in guiding young people to become independent, responsible, and compassionate world citizens. At TWS, our endeavour is to nurture not just bright minds, but also kind hearts and resilient spirits.

Having served in diverse educational leadership roles across the country, I understand the importance of providing high-quality education that extends beyond academics to include character-building and essential life skills. At TWS, students are encouraged to think critically, act creatively, and grow responsibly. Our dedicated teachers and staff work tirelessly to ignite a passion for learning, ensuring that every student is prepared to thrive in an ever-changing global landscape.

My background in environmental initiatives and international education resonates deeply with TWS’s vision of preparing students for a sustainable and globally connected future. Through carefully curated co-curricular and extracurricular activities, innovative projects, and community outreach programmes, we provide students with opportunities to broaden their horizons while staying rooted in values. Our facilities – from advanced laboratories to versatile sports infrastructure – are continuously upgraded to support dynamic learning experiences.

At the heart of TWS’s success lies the strong partnership between school, educators, and families. I firmly believe that while robust systems and processes lay the foundation, it is the personal attention, mentorship, and shared responsibility that truly empower our students. Parents play an indispensable role in this journey, and their active involvement greatly enriches each child’s development and career pathways.

With over three decades of experience in teaching, counselling, and community outreach, and more than 20 years in academic administration, I remain committed to holistic and future-ready education. As a Climate Leader since 2016 and Senior Consultant with The Climate Reality Project , I have supported schools across India in adopting sustainable practices, developing green campuses, and aligning with global sustainability goals.

I also serve as a Board Member and Peer Trainer with HRIDAY – Healthy India Alliance , contributing to SDG-focused initiatives and community engagement. In addition, as a National Teacher Coordinator with AACCI , I continue to work towards strengthening teacher development and promoting child-centric education. As an educator and leader, I strive to lead with vision, compassion, and integrity, and I remain committed to making a meaningful impact on the education fraternity and society at large.
