TRIO World School’s mission is to ensure that wholesome education is available and accessible to all. A well-designed and holistic curriculum makes for a stimulating academic journey with TWS.

TRIO follows a fair, transparent admission process where every child is treated as unique and valuable. Our fee structure ensures value – where students gain from our culture of mutual respect, talented teachers, robust curriculum, varied sports programmes, and stringent safety measures.

TRIO’s admission process is designed for transparency, easy navigation, and clear, simple steps to follow to make the process simple.

1. Sending in an inquiry

Admission inquiries can be sent via email at admissions-icse@trioschools.com. Inquiries are also accepted via call or WhatsApp messages at +91 90082 11330.

2. Acknowledgment of Inquiry

The admission process at Trio World School begins with an official follow-up to all inquiries, whether received via email or phone call. Every admission inquiry is acknowledged, providing parents with detailed information regarding the school’s admission procedure and answering any questions they may have.

3. Curriculum Preference and Seat Availability

Once the parent’s preference regarding the curriculum is understood, guidance is provided on the availability of seats for the chosen class, and the next steps are outlined. This allows parents to make an informed decision regarding the admission process based on the options available to them.

4. Scheduling a Formal Campus Visit and Academic Observation

Once the student’s curriculum preference is understood, the admissions team will schedule a formal campus visit for the parents and child. During this visit, the student will be required to participate in an academic observation.

Furthermore, parents will be provided with the opportunity to explore the school’s pedagogical approach and receive comprehensive information regarding extracurricular activities, sports programs, academic assessments, safety protocols, and other key aspects of the school’s offerings.

5. Issuance of Admission Notification

Once the academic observation is completed and the admission criteria are met—including academic performance, conduct, and alignment with the school’s values and culture—shortlisted candidates will be notified.

The Admission Office will then issue a formal Admission Offer Letter, officially confirming the child’s acceptance into the school and outlining the next steps for completing the admission process.

6. Acceptance of Offer and Submission of Documents

Upon acceptance of the admission offer, the Admission Office will assist parents in completing the necessary forms, submitting the required documents, and making the applicable fee payments. The required documents are as follows (original documents must be carried for verification):

  1. 10 passport-sized colour photographs of the student
  2. A photocopy of the student’s birth certificate
  3. A photocopy of the student’s Immunization/Vaccination card (for students up to Class V)
  4. A photocopy of the student’s passport with valid visa (for NRI parents) or Non-Indian/OCI card
  5. A photocopy of the student’s latest report card
  6. PEN/SATS number/SATS Original Transfer Certificate
  7. A photocopy of the student’s Aadhaar card
  8. Present address proof
  9. Passport-sized colour photo of the parents
  10. A photocopy of the parent’s passport with valid visa (for Non-Indian/OCI parents)
  11. Aadhaar card photocopy of the parents
  12. PAN card copy of the parent
  13. Single-parent guardianship papers (if applicable)
  14. Guardian’s ID proof (if applicable)
  15. SC/ST caste certificate of the student (if applicable)

7. Finalisation of Admission

Once all required documents are submitted, the parent will meet with the Admissions Counsellor to finalise the process. The Accounts Department will assist in completing the fee payment, and the child’s admission will be officially confirmed upon the successful completion of all steps.

Note: However, the final confirmation of admission is contingent upon a comprehensive review of the student data and conduct as detailed in the student’s transfer certificate from the previous school.

8. Payment terms

Note: The payment made towards the application form is non-refundable and does not guarantee an applicant’s admission.

All the fees paid (excluding the refundable security deposit) to the school are neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.

9. Subsequent to admission

Before the first day of school, you will receive a welcoming email from the Admissions Office and the relevant Academic team. This email will provide you with important information, including details about transportation, the uniform vendor, the book vendor, and essential contact information.

Additionally, if your child is enrolled before the commencement of the academic year, you will receive communication regarding the dates for the School Orientation Day.

10. On the First Day of School

A student list will be prominently displayed on campus on the first day of school. Both newly admitted and returning students will be warmly guided to their respective blocks with the assistance of our dedicated teachers, coordinators, and administrative team.

For parents of pre-primary students, you are invited to accompany your child to the Tots building, where all students will be warmly greeted by our staff, ensuring they feel at ease and enthusiastic as they embark on their educational journey.

Afterward, you may visit the help desk to collect details regarding your child’s campus access card.

We look forward to welcoming you as part of our TRIO Family!

We truly enjoyed the PE orientation. It was delightful to see all the parents coming together and actively joining in. Maahir has adjusted very well in the classroom. Though he doesn’t always share what he’s up to, his actions are evident at home—eating on his own, replicating things taught in school, and trying to converse in English. This is feedback from a contented parent. Thank you to the entire Trio team. Looking forward to what’s in store for Maahir.

I would like to sincerely thank you for organizing such a wonderful assembly. It was a great effort by the students and the entire support staff. A special thanks to Joycee Ma’am for her dedication and guidance in creating such a lively and meaningful performance. Events like this are so valuable as they not only highlight the children’s talents but also build teamwork, confidence, and collaboration. The topics chosen were thoughtful and very relevant. We look forward to many more such engaging events in the future.

Parent of Vedh Montadka

I would like to convey my heartfelt wishes to the Principal of Trio World School, Bangalore. I am truly happy with every event I have had the opportunity to attend at the school, and I am very grateful for the wonderful opportunities my daughter has received so far. When I first heard about the leadership camp, I assumed it was only for adolescent children. But seeing Gowri also being included in this camp, I am deeply thankful for your decision to extend it to this age group. Very few children get access to this kind of training, which undoubtedly helps them grow as individuals with strong values and core strengths. The school’s amazing initiatives such as International Yoga Day, the seed concept, the Investiture Ceremony, and the cooking event reassure me. I am truly grateful for the thoughtful attention you and the teachers are putting into the children’s activities. Thank you so much, Ma'am. Wish you do more such meaningful events in future.

Parent of Gowri Prashanth Rao

Class III D

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you at Trio World School, Bangalore, for your tremendous efforts in organizing such a fantastic Sports Day. It was truly a great success, and it was wonderful to witness the incredible synchronisation and coordination among the children during their flower and hula-hoop performances. All of this was made possible through the dedication of the teachers and coordinators working tirelessly in the background. The event was well-timed, professional, and showcased excellent communication, accompanied by wonderful background music that enhanced the overall experience. I would also like to wish the entire Trio fraternity a very Merry Christmas and joyful holidays. Wishing the team a very Happy New Year. Thank you once again for making this event so memorable!

Darshik Thakur

Thank you for organizing the leadership camp and giving a wonderful opportunity to the children. It made them discover their inner strengths and self-awareness. Both Ayush and Arini loved every bit of the camp—from food, accommodation, and facilities to activities. They are back with a lot of learnings, memories, and self-reflections too. They want to convey special thanks to all the teachers, camp organisers, trainers, and the helpers.

We deeply appreciate your encouragement and support in helping children explore their potential and grow through such opportunities. Thank you once again for your constant guidance and encouragement.

I am very grateful for the school’s vision and the way it is shaping my child. This will be my daughter’s fourth year at Trio World School, Bangalore, and I am extremely happy and delighted with her overall learning experience. I hardly need to spend time with Gowri on her assignments, as she independently manages everything herself, except for a weekly spell check. She is happy with every teacher and feels proud of her school. I am extremely thankful to all the teachers and support staff for their dedication. I am reassured that her peers’ behaviour is well managed by the teachers. I am hopeful that all students will grow to be bright, sensible, mature, and responsible individuals. Excellent ICSE School indeed. I hope every child continues to achieve remarkable success in the future.

Being associated with TRIO for the past nine years has been one of the best decisions we've made for our children. True to its claim, TRIO is indeed a happy school — a place where both children and parents feel a genuine sense of warmth and safety, right from the security staff to the Principal. What truly stands out is the school's commitment to the holistic development of every child. Our children have had the opportunity to engage in a wide range of co-curricular activities, allowing them to learn and grow in ways that go far beyond academics. We've watched them pick up valuable life lessons — from strategic planning, hard work, and discipline to teamwork and enjoying the journey — often without even realizing it. TRIO is not just shaping our children to succeed academically but also nurturing them to become confident, grounded individuals with strong values. The teachers, who are the backbone of the school, have always been approachable, dedicated, and supportive. Their guidance has been instrumental in our children’s growth and happiness. We are truly grateful to be part of the TRIO community.

Ms. Asha

Parent of Arini – Class V C

We are extremely satisfied with Trio World School. My daughter has been a part of this school for the past 8 years, and the journey has been truly remarkable. She has not only excelled in her academics but has also grown as a responsible and confident individual. The school has played a vital role in shaping her values, discipline, and overall personality. The wide range of activities and opportunities offered here have helped her discover her interests and build essential life skills. We deeply appreciate the dedication of the teachers and the holistic approach the school follows towards education and character building. We are grateful to Trio World School for providing such a nurturing and inspiring environment for our child’s growth.

Ms. Mamtha

Parent of Advika – Class VI D

We came to Bangalore 3 years back and were looking for a good school in the region we live. We learned that TRIO is amongst the best schools here, and we have been truly fortunate to have our son study in TRIO ever since. What stands out in TRIO is the individual attention that each student gets. Even if one student has a specific requirement, the entire system is engaged to make things happen. The school takes active feedback from parents and tries to address them. The flow of communication between teachers, coordinators, and parents is excellent. Our coordinator Smitha ma’am is extremely reachable, helpful, and kind, and always makes sure that any query regarding the school is addressed. It’s a close-knit community where students are under caring supervision yet allowed to be their natural selves. The environment is safe, secure, and nurturing. Apart from academic excellence, the school also focuses on overall development with a galore of extra-curricular activities. We are a proud part of the TRIO family.

Ms. Priyanka

Parent of Ryan – Class VI A

Both our children have been with Trio World School for many years; our elder one passed out last year, and the younger one continues to study here. The school maintains a wonderful balance between academics and extracurriculars, allowing children to grow holistically. What stands out is the teaching approach which never felt overwhelming — it’s easy-going, enjoyable, and always encouraging yet academically strong. One of the best aspects is the student–teacher ratio. The teachers know each student by name, and we really appreciate how friendly and approachable they are. What we appreciate most is how the school nurtures confidence and curiosity, rather than just focusing on marks. True to its motto of being a "happy school," Trio has given our children an environment where learning feels joyful and home-like.

Mr. Arunraaj & Ms. Shabna Arunraaj

Parents of Yessh – Class V C

As the parent of a Grade 6 student at TRIO WORLD SCHOOL, I am deeply thankful for the way the school has shaped my child’s growth: dedicated teachers, a supportive environment, and a focus on values beyond academics. My daughter has grown into a confident and responsible learner, and much of the credit goes to the tireless efforts of the teachers, principal, coordinator, and staff. We are proud to be part of the Trio family and remain grateful for the wonderful impact it continues to have on our child’s life.

Ms. K Swetha

Parent of Saanvi V Gowda – Class VI B

My son Riyarth loves going to school every day since he joined TRIO. I am very happy that my child is in the hands of such eminent and skilled teachers. The Academic Programme is very nicely planned and organized. I am very grateful to all of you. I feel extremely proud to be a part of the TRIO family for seven continuous years.

Ms. Anitha

Parent of Riyarth – Class V D

TRIO signifies the synergistic interaction of three most important entities that impact the life of a student through their educational journey: school, home, and society.

Children spend a substantial part of their formative years in school. While home shapes their development and well-being, the larger impact of society on their life cannot be ignored. The combined impact of these three lasts well into their adulthood.

At Trio, we believe in working in harmony with families as well as the wider community to create the best possible learning environment and strong foundation for every child’s future.

TRIO World School is located in Sahakarnagar, North Bangalore. It is easily accessible as it is near Hebbal and on the route to Kempegowda International Airport.

If you are visiting from the city centre, once you cross the Hebbal flyover, take the service road towards Kodigehalli Main Road after Aster CMI Hospital.

TRIO World School follows the ICSE curriculum up to ISC. Both ICSE and ISC have a prescribed curriculum that all schools affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) must follow.

TRIO World School is a Bangalore-based ICSE and ISC school with a cosmopolitan environment. We provide your child with a value-based education and a transformational learning experience.

TRIO believes that student happiness should be the #1 priority in a learning environment for a child. They must feel safe and secure enough to explore learning opportunities.

  • We equip students with practical skills and confidence for tomorrow’s challenges.
  • Importance is given to positive teacher-student relationships, as these form the basis for long-term student success and better performance in higher studies/university.
  • Our Global Citizenship Programme inspires students to take responsible action and shape a just, sustainable, and inclusive future.
  • We provide experiential learning experiences that turn hands-on and real-world experiences into powerful lessons beyond textbooks.
  • We foster curiosity and creative problem-solving through our STEM programmes.
  • We encourage environmental leadership by encouraging eco-friendly lifestyles, practices and a commitment to a sustainable planet.

Our results reflect some of the highest achievements in ICSE at the All-India level. TRIO World School proudly achieved the All India second highest rank in ICSE in 2022. 45% of our students have achieved above 92% in their ICSE results. Our students have won laurels for themselves and the school at State and National level in Sports and Cultural events.

TRIO World School, Bangalore, was established in 2015 as the second branch of the Trio group of schools, expanding its offerings to the ICSE curriculum. The vision, mission, core values, and culture have remained consistent with our international IB school, established in 2007 at Sahakarnagar. We have been recognized by various ranking and accreditation agencies as one of the top 10 schools in both Bangalore and India.

Communication is very important in any community; we express ourselves confidently in English.

A small class strength is a big plus point as it helps in quality education for the students. The maximum strength per section is strictly limited to 30 throughout. The overall student-teacher ratio is 10:1. Moreover, every section from nursery to Class II are assigned a main and assistant teacher to ensure safety and care of students at all times.

Every child is unique. Learning is enhanced by providing one-to-one attention so that their talents, interests, and passions can blossom. Thanks to our low student-teacher ratio and small class sizes, our teachers are uniquely positioned to give students the support they need to grow and flourish. Each child's strengths and challenges are noticed and gently nurtured through attentive listening and constructive feedback, helping them become the best version of themselves.

It is mandatory for all employees (teaching/non-teaching) to undergo legal background checks by a competent third party, as well as reference checks with their previous employer. This verification process ensures that we hire trustworthy individuals who can work safely with children.

To ensure comprehensive monitoring of all common areas on campus, more than 200 CCTV cameras have been installed, including in every school bus. We employ around 25 security personnel, including female guards and attendants, and each block has a dedicated female security guard. All gates are guarded by security staff 24/7.

Parents and legal guardians must follow a strict entry and exit protocol. Every parent or guardian is required to carry their access card when picking up or dropping off a student. Visitors are allowed on campus only by appointment and must follow a strict entry and exit procedure monitored by security personnel.

We also follow a strict anti-bullying policy. Trio has zero tolerance for bullying in any form and maintains a culture of mutual respect and care.

You can read more about the school's child safety policy here.

Kannada is a mandatory second language in Karnataka. Besides Kannada, we offer Hindi as an optional second language.

The minimum attendance criteria at TRIO World School is approximately 80%.

Homework at Trio World School consists of relevant learning experiences aligned with the school curriculum. It is designed to meet each student's developmental and individual needs, help them take responsibility for their own learning, and foster positive attitudes toward independent study and lifelong learning.

Homework is an integral part of the learning programme, but it varies by class. Details of the homework policy are shared for each class at the start of the academic year.

Sports inculcate discipline and perseverance. Our sports curriculum is thoughtfully structured to align with the developmental needs of our students. TRIO World School offers a variety of options, including basketball, swimming, skating, cricket, and football. We also provide indoor sports such as chess, carrom, and table tennis. Students have opportunities to train, compete, and excel at intra-school, inter-school, state, regional, national, and international-level events.

Martial arts offer numerous benefits when taught from a young age. Originally developed for self-defense, martial arts help students improve concentration and focus. They also enhance coordination, balance, strength, and motor skills, while fostering discipline, structure, and providing a constructive outlet for anger and frustration.

Martial arts classes are offered at TRIO, where we have built an effective ecosystem to support students in learning and excelling in these skills.

Our students Niyathi (Class V) and Divit (Class II) represented India in Taekwondo Jeonju Open International Championship and each won gold medals.

Aarav Praveen Kembhavi of class III won a silver medal and performed Poomsae in Kyorugi at the International Taekwondo Championships held at Kathmandu, Nepal.

Aarav obtained his Taekwondo Black Belt certification from World Taekwondo Federation (WTF).

We also hosted the CISCE regional Taekwondo meet.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines. Practicing yoga enhances both mind and body development, contributing to improved balance, focus, flexibility, cardiovascular health, relaxation, and stress management. Regular practice from childhood can provide long-term benefits. We have, therefore, incorporated yoga into our learning program. Primary and middle school students participate in a yoga session before their regular classes begin each day.

Yes, students are engaged in community service in the surrounding locality, connecting them to the real world and fostering a sense of gratitude. The students at TRIO World School have adopted the Government Primary School at Kodigehalli, where they help provide foundational literacy and numeracy skills as part of their community service initiatives. Our students have also conducted fundraising activities to improve the learning conditions of government school students and support other impactful causes.

Students deserve timely career guidance at key milestones in their schooling, especially as they enter and progress through high school. The subjects they choose and the skills they develop during these years directly influence the courses and professional paths available to them after graduation. Without proper guidance, it is easy to feel overwhelmed by the wide range of possibilities and external expectations.

Disha is Trio's career guidance program for high school students, designed to provide exposure to various opportunities and introduce them to a wide range of professions through experienced professionals. This guidance is generously supported by parents of our students, who enthusiastically participate in the program, making the process both personal and inspiring.

The scoring system at Trio is as per the CISCE guidelines. Formal assessments are introduced from Class IV onwards. Unit tests are bifurcated into 40 marks and 10 for internals. Term examinations are bifurcated into a formal exam 80 marks and 20 for internals.

The timings for preschool timings (Nursery, Kindergarten 1 and Kindergarten 2) are 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM. For Class I to XII, timings are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Monday to Friday. Remedial classes may occasionally be conducted on Saturdays for senior classes.

Trio believes in celebrating students' talents and achievements beyond academics. Annual Day at Trio provides students with the opportunity to showcase their skills in dance, music, drama, direction, and stage management. It nurtures teamwork, emotional expression, social bonding, and communication skills.

Sports events instil a spirit of healthy competition, discipline, resilience, and fair play. Sports days for primary classes are non-competitive, focusing on encouragement, health, fitness, and fun. Competitive events begin from middle school onwards.

At TRIO World School, Annual Day and Sports Day are organized every alternate year. Every student is encouraged to participate and contribute in some form during these events.

Yes. Trips and outings at Trio provide a welcome break from the routine of classroom learning. While our classrooms are lively and fun spaces for education, our excursions help children gain new experiences and perspectives.

All our outings are carefully planned with safety and age-appropriateness in mind, and students are under adult supervision throughout the events. Educational field trips are planned collaboratively, as they enrich knowledge and support the curriculum by giving students opportunities to learn beyond the classroom.

A thorough CBV check is done for all employees. 200+ CCTVs are installed on the campus and 2 CCTVs are present in every school bus. We have about 30 security personnel, including female guards and attendants. We follow a strict Anti-bullying policy.

At Trio World School, Bengaluru, we prioritise the health and safety of every student.
