Job Application Process

We aim to make our recruitment process clear, professional and respectful of every applicant's time.

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Please include:

  • An updated resume with qualifications and relevant work experience.
  • Details of two professional references, preferably previous reporting heads or senior school leaders.
  • The position or subject for which you are applying.

Step 2: Shortlisting and Interview

Applications are reviewed based on qualifications, relevant experience, subject knowledge and suitability for the role.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to participate in the following stages:

  • Subject-Specific Assessment: An assessment of the candidate's understanding and knowledge of the relevant subject, where applicable.
  • Demonstration Class: Candidates applying for teaching positions may be invited to conduct a demonstration lesson. This helps us understand their teaching approach, ability to explain concepts clearly, classroom engagement and interaction with students. We particularly value teachers who encourage participation, respond patiently to questions and make learning interesting.
  • Interaction with the Academic and Leadership Team: A discussion with the Principal and relevant members of the leadership team to understand the candidate's experience, teaching philosophy, professional values and approach to student development.
Step 3: HR Interaction and Verification

Candidates progressing through the selection process will meet with the HR team to discuss the role and relevant employment details.

Appropriate checks may include:

  • Professional reference verification.
  • Educational qualification verification.
  • Previous employment and experience verification.
  • Identity and address verification.
  • Applicable background and police verification.

These checks will be carried out in accordance with school policies and applicable legal requirements.

Step 4: Appointment and Onboarding

Selected candidates may receive a conditional offer of employment, subject to successful verification and completion of the required formalities.

Following confirmation, candidates will complete the necessary documentation and employment agreement.

New employees will be introduced to the school's academic expectations, core values, child-safeguarding procedures and relevant policies during onboarding.
