TRIO maintains smaller class sizes, with a maximum of 30 students per section. This allows teachers to know their students well, observe their progress and provide individual guidance when needed.

In the early years, classrooms have a main teacher and an assistant teacher to provide additional care and attention.

Our teaching combines a strong academic foundation with classroom discussions, practical activities, projects and opportunities to apply what students learn.

We encourage children to ask questions, think independently and develop a sound understanding of subjects rather than rely only on memorisation. Teaching methods gradually change as students move from the early years to ICSE and ISC.

TRIO has qualified and experienced teachers with subject expertise and an understanding of the ICSE and ISC curricula.

Teachers also participate in professional development programmes, workshops and training sessions to strengthen their teaching practices. We place particular importance on patience, clear communication and positive relationships between teachers and students.

Assessment varies according to the student's age and class. In the younger years, teachers observe learning through classroom participation, activities and regular work.

As students progress, assessments become more structured, including tests, projects, assignments and examinations. ICSE and ISC assessments follow the applicable CISCE requirements.

Parents receive feedback on their child's academic progress and areas that may need attention.

Homework varies by class and is intended to reinforce what students learn at school. Younger children receive age-appropriate activities, while older students are gradually expected to take more responsibility for independent study, assignments and revision.

The homework expectations for each grade are communicated to parents at the beginning of the academic year.

Yes. Teachers monitor students' progress and identify areas where additional help may be needed. Depending on the child's learning needs, support may include individual guidance, remedial sessions and suitable classroom accommodations.

Our teachers, learning support team and counsellors work with families wherever additional support is required.

TRIO students have consistently achieved strong results in ICSE examinations. In the 2025–26 examinations, the school recorded a 100% pass rate, a class average of 90% and 14 subject centums.

Detailed results and achievements from previous years are available on our website.
