Strategic Tips to Secure Admission at TRIO

• Target entry-level grades: Applying to entry-level grades (Trio Tots and Class I) is one of the most effective ways to secure admission. Admissions to middle and high school are significantly more competitive due to strictly limited seat vacancy, high applicant volume, and prior allocations reserved for sibling preferences.
• Initiate inquiries early: Because seats fill on a rolling evaluation basis, early inquiries give your child the best chance at seat availability in your preferred curriculum and grade.
• Focus on both alignment and academics: Our observation sessions evaluate academic readiness, curiosity, conduct, and alignment with the school’s core values of mutual respect and global citizenship.

Step-by-Step K–12 Admission Process

1. Sending in an Inquiry

Admission inquiries can be sent via email at admissions-icse@trioschools.com. Inquiries are also accepted via call or WhatsApp messages at +91 90082 11330.

2. Acknowledgment of Inquiry

The admission process at Trio World School begins with an official follow-up to all inquiries, whether received via email or phone call. Every inquiry is acknowledged, providing parents with detailed information regarding the school’s K–12 admission procedure and answering any questions they may have.

3. Curriculum Preference and Seat Availability

Once the parent’s preference regarding the curriculum is understood, guidance is provided on seat availability for the chosen class, and the next steps are outlined. This allows parents to make an informed decision regarding the admission process based on real-time grade vacancies.

4. Scheduling a Campus Visit and Academic Observation

Once the curriculum preference is confirmed, the admissions team will schedule a formal campus visit for the parents and child. During this visit:

• The student will participate in an age-appropriate academic observation designed to understand their learning stage, baseline competencies, and social readiness.
• Parents will explore the school’s pedagogical approach, campus infrastructure, extracurricular activities, sports programs, academic assessments, and safety protocols.

5. Issuance of Admission Notification

Once the academic observation is completed and the admission criteria are met, including academic performance, conduct, and alignment with the school’s values, shortlisted candidates will be notified.

The Admission Office will issue a formal Admission Offer Letter, officially confirming the child’s acceptance and outlining the schedule for document verification and fee processing.

6. Acceptance of Offer and Submission of Documents

Upon acceptance of the admission offer, the Admission Office assists parents in completing the necessary documentation and fee payments.

Note: Original documents must be carried for physical verification alongside photocopies.

• 10 passport-sized colour photographs of the student
• A photocopy of the student’s birth certificate
• A photocopy of the student’s Immunization/Vaccination card (for students up to Class V)
• A photocopy of the student’s passport with valid visa (for NRI parents) or Non-Indian/OCI card
• A photocopy of the student’s latest report card
• PEN / SATS number / SATS Original Transfer Certificate
• A photocopy of the student’s government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card)
• Present address proof
• Passport-sized colour photos of the parents
• A photocopy of the parents’ passport with valid visa (for Non-Indian/OCI parents)
• Government-issued photo ID photocopy of the parents (Aadhaar card)
• PAN card copy of the parent
• Single-parent guardianship papers (if applicable)
• Guardian’s ID proof (if applicable)
• SC/ST caste certificate of the student (if applicable)

7. Finalisation of Admission

Once all required documents are submitted, parents meet with the Admissions Counsellor to finalise the process. The Accounts Department will assist in completing the fee payment and the seat is officially confirmed.

Note: Final confirmation of admission is contingent upon a comprehensive review of the student data and conduct as detailed in the Transfer Certificate and records from the previous school.

8. Payment Terms

• The payment made towards the application form is non-refundable and does not guarantee an applicant’s admission.
• All fees paid (excluding the refundable security deposit) are neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.

9. Subsequent to Admission

Before the first day of school, you will receive an orientation email from the Admissions Office and the Academic team detailing:

• Transportation routes and timings
• Uniform and textbook vendor schedules
• Academic calendar and key administrative contacts
• Dates for the official School Orientation Day (for enrollments completed prior to the academic year start)

10. On the First Day of School

Class lists are prominently displayed across campus. Newly admitted and returning students are guided to their respective blocks by teachers, coordinators, and administrative staff.

For parents of pre-primary students, you are invited to accompany your child to the Tots building, where educators greet every child to ensure a reassuring, joyful start. Afterwards, parents can visit the help desk to collect campus access details and student credentials.
