Taekwondo classes are one of the popular co-curricular activities at the school for students, where they learn self-defence techniques along with discipline, focus, and good health. The instructor, Mr. Meiraba, guides the students to develop perseverance, self-control, and the ability to set and achieve goals through regular practice of Taekwondo.

Collaborative Learning and Teamwork

The importance of teamwork is learned right from the primary classes at Trio. There are activities to help students learn to work as part of a team throughout the year. By learning Hindi and Kannada from Classes I and II, the students enhance their thought processes and become more flexible learners.
