Admission Procedure
We welcome families from different walks of life and from all over the world to apply with TRIO World School. We assist both, families in Bangalore who can visit us for completing admission formalities, as well as those living outside Bengaluru and would like to complete the formalities virtually.
TRIO World School’s (TWS) mission is to ensure that wholesome education is available and accessible to all. A well-designed and holistic curriculum make for a stimulating academic journey with TWS!
TRIO follows a fair, transparent admission process. We believe that every child is unique and valuable.
Our goal is to offer every with opportunity and support they deserve for a wholesome learning experience. To help place your child right, the admission team take time to understand the child, identify her/his academic needs, strengths, challenges, and potential by working closely with the child and parents.
Our fee structure ensures value – where students gain from our culture of mutual respect, talented teachers, robust curriculum, varied sports programmes, and stringent safety measures.
TRIO’s admission process is designed for easy navigation and clear simple clear steps to follow to make the process simple and engaging.
1. Sending in an inquiry
You may send in your inquiries through any of the modes you prefer.

Let us know what your preferred mode of communication would be, ideal time for call back and your time zone. Our admissions team will get back to you within two working days.

2. Getting to know the school
Our Admissions Office will schedule a visit to our school, so that you can experience a campus tour. You would have the opportunity to meet up with the Principal / Coordinator of respective sections for discussion.

3. Interaction with the child for assessment
An interaction would be set up with the child to assess their skill levels and help us support them better. This would involve a worksheet/written assignment. This interaction can be scheduled to happen online or offline or on the basis of last two years’ academic reports from the previous school.

4. Notification of Admission
The Admissions Office will let you know if the child is a good fit for the class they have applied for or provide recommendations otherwise. An admission offer letter is send stating that your child has been short-listed.
5. Acceptance of Admissions
If you accept the admission on behalf of your child, the admission team will help you through the process of filling out the required forms, submitting the necessary documents and paying the fees. This may be done online or offline.
6. Documents required for Admissions:
- Passport size photographs of child – 4 nos.
- Photocopy of the Aadhar card of both Parents.
- 1 passport size photograph of each parent.
- Child’s Birth Certificate.
- Original SATS generated school Transfer Certificate of the student without any correction/s.
- Copy of previous grade Report Card or School Recommendation letter.
- Vaccination Record or Medical Certificate of the child.
- Copy of address proof of either parent (rent agreement, voter ID or electricity bill)
- Bank account details of either parent – copy of the front page of the account passbook.
7. Completion of Admission Process:
- Meet the admission officer as per the offer letter schedule with all the above documents to complete the process of admission.
2. You will be required to fill up a detailed application form which needs to be signed by both parents (mandatory)*
3. You will be directed to the accounts department to complete the fee payment.
8.What To Expect Before The First Day Of School?
You would be receiving a welcome email from the admissions office and the respective Principal/Coordinator with all the details you need regarding transport, uniforms, important contact information, and DOs and DON’Ts.
If you have enrolled your child at the beginning of the academic year, you would also receive an invitation to attend the school Orientation Day.
9.First Day Of School
The security and reception will be informed of your admission. They would be supplied the details of your child, such as their name and class, so that you can gain access to the campus before you are assigned IDs. Please drop your child to the ICSE Reception.
Pre-primary parents will accompany their child to the Tots building.
You may then report to the help-desk issuing the RFID cards.
The teachers will give your child a warm welcome and introduce them to the rest of the class.

Admission FAQ's
The TRIO World School academic session starts in the month of June and concludes in March. The starting date may vary depending on the first Monday in the month of June of the new academic year.
Admissions to TRIO World School open around October / November every year.
TRIO World School is a very warm and welcoming learning partner for your child. It accepts students from CBSE, State Syllabus/State Board or international curricula like IB and IGCSE as well as ICSE.
The average fees will be approximately two lakhs INR per annum. Books, uniform and transportation (if opted for) would be extra. A detailed, grade-wise breakup of the fees and the fee payment schedule will be shared at the time of admission.
