We provide an interdisciplinary educational experience to children from Nursery to the High School. Our teachers work as a strong and coordinated team to create confident, sensitive, knowledgeable, and service oriented citizens of the future. They are constantly innovating and adapting, both within and outside the classroom, to meet the needs of our students in an ever-changing and complex world.
Our teachers make sure that they set a great example for our students. They guide students through their learning journey at every step. They are patient, receptive, thoughtful, and encouraging towards students.
As a school, TRIO ensures that our teachers are given a healthy and encouraging environment to work in. Teachers are chosen after careful consideration and scrutiny. Our teachers are typically individuals holding B.Ed. qualifications, with many years of experience in the teaching field. They often bring in rich experience from a variety of fields. They possess the core skills for nurturing students as people, rather than rigidly enforcing a curriculum upon them.
We follow a main and assistant teacher model, for effectively implementation of the ICSE curriculum.
Teacher training
Teachers are offered continuous professional development opportunities in the form of workshops, and certifications. These are frequently sponsored by the school. Our Teacher Training Foundation equips them with practical skills that will translate into improvements in the classroom. We believe in helping teachers learn and grow continuously too. Our training sessions not only help in improving subject competencies but also touch upon the crucial aspects of teaching like fundamental school processes, approaches to help different kinds of students, learning tools and platforms, good classroom practices, preventing teacher burnout, and so on. The Centre for School Success year-long course offers continuous guidance throughout a year to help incorporate new methods of teaching.
Trio takes up teacher development courses for teachers every year to incorporate new methods of teaching learning process. Centre for School Success is one of the programmes. We send our teachers for this yearlong course which involves continuous guidance throughout the year.
